Artist Bio
Lotus de Wit creates small sculptures, silverware and jewellery in County Down, Ireland. Current influences include entomology, origami and illustration. There is a divide in her work between abstract, geometric jewellery and whimsical, small sculptural pieces – indulging both these themes in her work creates a balance for her eclectic inspirations. The silverware ranges include tea infusers, strainers and teaspoons, while the jewellery ranges are predominantly made using precious metals. Lotus enjoys translating ideas into pieces to adorn the body.
