Irish Artisan Yarn was launched by Tara McArtney, an award winning textile designer, after receiving requests for the dyed yarn used in her woven creations. She was approached by knitting and crochet enthusiasts wanting to make their own collectible pieces after seeing her unique colour palette.
Irish Artisan Yarn has a loyal customer base from around the world who love that every skein of yarn is painstakingly hand-painted to achieve a unique end product.
